NWTRA: North West Trail Riders Association INC,
-is a Motorcycle, ATV, and 50inch and less Side x Side OHV Club based out of Pendleton Oregon since 1985. NWTRA members have been integral in the creation of the Winom Frazier OHV Complex (A 50 inch wide and less OHV complex), located SE of Ukiah Oregon. Through our volunteer services we have maintained these trails, created and designed new trails, and fostered an excellent relationship with the Forest Service Land Managers. This relationship based on service and stewardship has given our members a voice in Forest Management and Recreation policy for this trail system. NWTRA’s stated goal is:
To build and maintain a network of mountain trails for OHV users in the Winom-Frazier OHV Complex that allows everyone to experience the adventures of an all day trail ride.
The NWTRA sponsors family type activities and encourages responsible use of the campgrounds and trail systems.
